Man indicted for Nov. 7 homicide

YOUNGSTOWN

A Mahoning County grand jury indicted a Winona Drive man on a murder charge.

Desmond Kimbrough, 36, faces charges of murder and voluntary manslaughter with a firearm specification for the Nov. 7 shooting death of Christopher Anderson, 30, who was found shot to death outside his car on Montclair Avenue on the South Side.

Police said Kimbrough and Anderson were arguing before both men started shooting. Kimbrough was wounded and treated for his wounds before he was arrested by police Nov. 13.

Kimbrough and those who were indicted Thursday will be arraigned Dec. 7 in common pleas court before Judge R. Scott Krichbaum.

William T. Darkadakis, 36, Lancaster Drive, Austintown, domestic violence.

Lisa K. Haefke, 36, South Edgehill Avenue, Austintown, theft.

James J. Thompson, 31, Marmion Avenue, aggravated burglary, felonious assault and kidnapping.

Jesse J. Valley, 34, Denver Drive, Poland, possession of cocaine and possession of heroin.

Antwane Peeples, 24, Willis Avenue, being a felon in illegal possession of a firearm, possession of cocaine, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of heroin with forfeiture specifications and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jonathan F. Brown, 48, North Hartford Avenue, possession of cocaine.

Christopher J. Davis, 31, Vermont Avenue Northwest, Warren, theft.

James T. Verity, 50, Hyde Avenue, Niles, breaking and entering.

Diamond L.M. Brown Jr., 22, East Ravenwood Avenue, possession of marijuana and illegal cultivation of marijuana.

Bridgett A. Knight, 35, Fincastle Lane, possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kami Jo Rotellini, 40, Kenneth Street, possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Justin C. Robson, 24, East Fourth Street, Salem, receiving stolen property.

Kamron Miller, 28, East Judson Avenue, possession of cocaine.
