TNR will spay, neuter Sunday at Pet Suppies Plus, Niles

Trap Neuter Return, an animal-rescue group based in Warren, will spay and neuter cats Sunday at Eastwood Mall on Youngstown-Warren Road.

TNR will provide the services from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Pet Supplies Plus store.

Additionally, TNR will unveil its new animal-rescue van and will welcome donations of wet and dry dog and cat food, as part of a winter pet-food drive in conjunction with animal-advocacy group Shelter Puppies.
