PARTY FAVORITES BY ANGELS OF EASTER SEALS
Angel Hair Pasta with Anchovy Sauce

42-ounce cans rolled anchovies with capers
129-ounce can tomato sauce
1can black olives, chopped
1small jar pimento peppers, chopped
1clove garlic, chopped
olive oil
red pepper seeds to taste
1pound angel hair pasta
In saucepan in olive oil, cook garlic and anchovies. Add tomato sauce. Add chopped olives, pimento peppers and red pepper seeds to taste. Cook for about 1 hour. Serve over angel hair pasta.
Spinach Pear Salad

16ounce bag baby spinach
2fresh pears or 1 can sliced pears
1avocado
1/2cup chopped walnuts
1/2cup crumbled feta cheese
16ounces Girard’s spinach dressing
Break spinach into bite-size pieces. Slice pears and avocado and place on top of spinach and sprinkle with walnuts and feta cheese. Pour salad dressing over top and toss.
Redskin Home Fries

4-5redskin potatoes
1red or green pepper
1-2tablespoons paprika
1-2tablespoons Lawry’s season salt
1/2onion, sliced
1tablespoon olive oil
2tablespoons butter
Poke potatoes with a fork and microwave for 15 minutes. Coat pan with olive oil and butter on low heat. Add sliced onions and peppers. Cut potatoes in small to medium triangles. Add to pan. Add Lawry’s and paprika (add more if all potatoes aren’t covered). Cook until browned. Great with ketchup.SFlb
