A summary of police activity in Austintown:

Nov. 2

Identity theft: A Social Security number was used to make a cash withdrawal at a home in the 600 block of Wyndclift Circle.

Identity theft: A bank account was opened at a home in the 1000 block of Countryside Drive.

Telecommunications harassment: Unwanted text messages were received at a home in the 4000 block of Washington Square.

Theft: An unidentified female was seen on surveillance video stealing items from Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Warrant: Police arrested Jeffrey Miller, 28, of Shreveport, La., on a warrant for parole violation out of West Virginia.

Warrant: Police arrested Craig Lough, 53, of New Road, on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a probation violation.

Burglary: A garage was entered at a home in the 2000 block of Oaktrace Drive.

Telecommunications harassment: Unwanted calls were reported at a home in the 200 block of South Edgehill Avenue.

Breaking and entering: The rear of Austintown Fitch High School stadium, 4560 Fitch Blvd., was entered and 1,000 feet of copper wire was stolen.

Misuse of credit card: $60,000 in charges were made to a company credit card at Induction Iron, 3710 Henricks Road.

Nov. 4

Drug offense: Police arrested Bernita Carter, 34, of Deer Creek Court, on charges of drug possession and tampering with evidence.

Breaking and entering: Copper piping was stolen from a home in the 200 block of South Main Street.

Theft: Items were reported missing from a home in the 3000 block of Robert Frost Drive.

Theft: An energy drink was stolen at Kmart,4475 Mahoning Ave.

Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Brittany Urban, 22, of South Raccoon Road, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, drug abuse and possession of marijuana.

Weapons offense: A 17-year-old student had tobacco and a knife in his possession at Fitch High School.

Theft: A 17-year-old male student took a calculator, then ran and resisted arrest at Fitch High School. He was turned over to his mother.

Nov. 5

Theft: Candy and a knife were taken from an auto parked at a home in the 4000 block of Woodhurst Drive.

Theft: A purse was stolen at Taco Bell, 4523 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: A wallet was stolen at BP Fast Trac, 5502 Mahoning Ave.

Nov. 6

Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Joseph Hogan, 26, of Southern Boulevard, Boardman, on charges of possession of drugs, including marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Warrant: Police issued a summons to Jessica Mitchell, 28, of Nantucket Drive, on a warrant for obstructing official business.

Theft: Two bicycles were taken and a car damaged at a home in the 1000 block of West Hampton Drive.

Theft: Two tires with rims were taken off a vehicle parked at a home in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.

Menacing: A “hit list” was posted on Instagram at Austintown Middle School, 800 S. Raccoon Road.

Warrant: Police arrested Robert Marino, 40, of Kirk Road, on a warrant for failure to appear and a probation violation.

Warrant: Police arrested Derrick Carter, 29, of Northgate Avenue, Liberty on a warrant for failure to appear on traffic violations and for failure to appear at a status hearing, and Kwinette Harville, 29, also of Northgate Avenue, on a warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on traffic violations.

Vehicle pursuit: Police arrested Anthony Seidita, 50, of DeHoff Drive, on charges of fleeing and eluding.

Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Kevin Stillwell, 19, of Canton, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Theft: A tire and wheel were taken off a vehicle parked at a home in the 400 block of South Raccoon Road.

Nov. 7

Fraud: A total of $270 was charged to a Discover card in a dispute with a Target Store involving the owner of a home in the 1000 block of Lancaster Drive.

Warrant: Police arrested Joseph Rouzzo, 25, of West County Line Road, Mineral Ridge, on a warrant for a probation violation.

Theft: Police arrested Nicholas Wassam, 18, of Lyntz Road, Warren, on a charge of theft. Police accused Wassam of taking $101.35 in merchandise from Walmart.

Aggravated menacing: A threat was made by a female at a home in the 5000 block of West Webb Road.

Nov. 8

Theft: An undetermined amount of money was taken out of a wallet at Bare Knuckle Tattoo Studio,1502 S. Raccoon Road.

Warrant: Police arrested Jeremy Duke, 37, of Middlefield, on a warrant for failure to comply with a court order after failing to appear on a traffic violation.

Burglary: Items were taken by a juvenile from a home in the 30 block of North Four Mile Run Road.

Theft: A $90 ticket was stolen at Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course, 777 Hollywood Drive.

Theft: A cellphone was stolen at Hollywood Gaming.

Warrant: Police arrested Martin Chizmar, 52, of Main Street, Mineral Ridge, on a warrant for failure to appear for trial on a contempt of court charge after failure to appear on a traffic violation.

Theft: Police issued a summons to Allen Collet, 28, of Wilcox Road, on a theft charge for allegedly taking $103.89 in merchandise from Walmart.

Criminal damaging: A window was shattered on a vehicle parked at a home in the 1000 block of Lancaster Drive.

Theft: A GPS unit and money were taken from an auto parked at Wedgewood Lanes, 1741 S. Raccoon Road.

Counterfeit currency: Three counterfeit $50 bills were passed at Chipolte Mexican Grill, 5553 Mahoning Ave.
