Food historian to lecture at Packard Hall

Food writer Francine Segan will give a presentation at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Packard Music Hall, as part of the Trumbull Town Hall lecture series.

Segan is a lecturer, food historian and writer who has appeared on the “Today Show,” “Early Show” and “Sunday Morning With Charles Osgood.” She is a regular on Martha Stewart Living radio, and writes a montly feature for Tribune Media Services.

Her latest book is “Opera Lover’s Cookbook.”
