Public libraries: Youngstown-Mahoning County, Kinsman Free Public Library, Hubbard Public Library, Girard Free Library, Bristol Public Library, Bristolville, McKinley Memorial Library, Niles, all open; Warren-Trumbull, Newton Falls Public Library, closed.

Stock market: Stifel Nicolaus, open.
