Jay Leno is scheduled to appear at Packard Music Hall in Warren March 4.

Jay Leno will come to Packard Music Hall on March 4 for a 7 p.m. show.

Tickets to see the comedian, who hosted the “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” for more than two decades, are $86.50, $66.50 and $56.50 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at ticketmaster.com, by phone at 800-745-3000 and at the Packard box office.

In addition to his former role as a late-night TV ratings champ, Leno is a stand-up comedian, best-selling children’s book author, corporate speaker, TV and movie voice-over artist, pioneering car builder and mechanic and a philanthropist.

His television ratings domination included more than two decades of “The Tonight Show” winning every consecutive quarter of his hosting for 19 years. After resuming hosting the program following its one-time interruption, he once again made it the consistent and uninterrupted ratings leader for late night.

Leno has since become the producer and star of the Web show “Jay Leno’s Garage,” which can be viewed at

After passing the “Tonight Show” torch to Jimmy Fallon, Leno increased his stand-up performance schedule. He does more than 100 live performances each year.

His “everyman” style and personality have helped him earn millions of fans worldwide. He has entertained military personnel overseas and appears regularly in Las Vegas, on college campuses and in other venues.

Leno’s children’s book “If Roast Beef Could Fly” (Simon & Schuster, 2004) was a New York Times best-seller. His follow-up children’s book, “How to be the Funniest Kid In Your Class,” was similarly successful.

Leno also has done voice-over work in such movies as “Cars” and “Igor” and the hit-TV show “The Fairly Oddparents” (Nickelodeon). In his spare time, he enjoys working on his collection of classic cars and motorcycles.
