GARDEN CLUBS

WEDNESDAY

Mahoning will meet at noon for a sack lunch in Kidston Classroom at the Davis Center. The program is indoor hydroponic gardening. Hostesses are JoAnn Kaschak and Connie Bilas.

THURSDAY

Nature Lovers will meet at 1 p.m. in the Tyler Classroom at the Davis Center. The program project is terra-cotta pots centerpiece. Materials needed are one 10- or 12-inch saucer base, one 4-inch pot, one 4-inch saucer, one 6-inch saucer, two 2-inch pots, one 3-inch pot and one silicone adhesive or ceramic epoxy.

St. Charles will meet for a picnic and games at 6 p.m. in St. Matthew’s and St. Mark’s rooms at the church.

Sweetbrier will have a garden tour and Dutch treat. The date to plant at the library will be announced.

SATURDAY

Ikebana will place designs by 11 a.m. for the Youngstown Exhibit. Each member is to take two exhibits and screens. Public viewing will take place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

SUNDAY

Ikebana tea will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. in the Radius Room. Public viewing will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., when tear-down will begin.

Garden club news is published Sunday. Submit information to the Society Dept. by 5 p.m. Wednesday.
