10 — West Coast Chill Penguin Club Scholarship Outing at Youngstown Country Club. Registration begins at 10 a.m., lunch at 11 a.m. and a shotgun start at noon. Individual golfers can participate for $200. Scholarship, Presenting and Red packages also are available for groups.
