Staff Right Services LLC will have a job fair at the Residence Inn Marriott, 5555 Youngstown-Warren Road, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday. The company is recruiting for labor and industrial positions in Trumbull and Mahoning counties.

New YBI program

The Youngstown Business Incubator, 241 W. Federal St., will host an informational open house for its new Women in Entrepreneurship program from 4 to 7 p.m. June 11. Leadership class taking applications

YOUNGSTOWN

Applications for the Leadership Mahoning Valley class of 2015-16 will be accepted through July 1.

Up to 40 participants will be chosen for the $2,000 class.

The class is created for community leaders of all backgrounds and provides them with an overview of the Mahoning Valley, an opportunity for increased understanding of key community issues and the potential to develop effective working relationships with other leaders.

The program is nine months long and includes nine daylong sessions.

Selected applicants will be billed for tuition.

Sparkle opening

A ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new Brookfield Sparkle Market, formerly Brookfield Giant Eagle, will take place at 10:30 a.m. Thursday.

The store, at 7229 Warren- Sharon Road, will have a bakery, deli, fresh produce and pharmacy.

The store hours are 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.

Brewery cans water for flood victims

CARTERSVILLE, Ga.

An Anheuser Busch plant in northwest Georgia has started canning water instead of beer to help flood victims in Texas and Oklahoma.

Multiple media outlets report the Cartersville plant halted its beer production to produce 50,000 cans of water to distribute to the flooded areas by this weekend.
