ASSOCIATIONS
American Association of University Women, Youngstown Branch, will meet at 11:30 a.m. June 6 at the home of Dr. Barbara Brothers. After the business meeting, the following officers will be installed: Jorine Stone, president; Denise Walters-Dobson, vice president-membership; Judy Stanger, vice president-program, with committee members Mary Ann Allgood, Vilma Belanger and Luanna Jacobs; Kathy Nalepka, treasurer; and Regina Jenkins, secretary. Tri-Gold Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association will meet June 10 at A La Cart Catering in Canfield. Warren Women’s Connection invites all women to attend its luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. June 8 at DiLucia’s Banquet Center, 2610 Elm Road N.E., Warren. Reservations are necessary for the luncheon and for a free nursery. Letitia Hicks of Stoutsville, Ohio, will be the speaker. As a former registered nurse, she extends a special invitation to all RNs from this area. The vocalist will be Bill Rotar of Columbiana. A special feature will be Patrick Finan, director of the McKinley Memorial Library, who will talk about President William McKinley Jr. Luncheons take place the second Monday of each month.
