Wheels for meals car show is Sunday

NORTH JACKSON

The third annual car show to benefit Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard is planned from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at First Federated Church, 10786 Mahoning Ave. Vehicles competing for a $100 best-in-show prize will include classic and antique cars, custom vans, motorcycles and semi-tractors.

A $10 vehicle exhibitor registration fee is payable at the show. There also will be a 50-50 raffle, basket raffle, Top 10 and People’s Choice Awards. The event is free and open to the public.

The food pantry is open from 10 a.m. to noon the second and fourth Saturdays at the church; current identification is required. Visit firstfederatedchurch.net and on Facebook.
