Mahoning Cultural Collaborative is sponsoring Mahoning Valley Bingo for all ages this summer. Visit the sites to pick up a bingo card and start completing the squares for a chance to win prizes. Bingo cards also can be downloaded at www.mahoningculture.org.

Bingo squares include museum visits, hands-on activities, outdoor experiences, science exploration and fun with books, art and music. After a bingo is made, drop off the card at a participating site.

The deadline for entry is Labor Day, Sept. 7. There will be a drawing from the completed cards at OH WOW’s Silly Science Sunday in September.

Participating sites are Butler Institute of American Art, 524 Wick Ave.; Arms Family Museum, 648 Wick Ave.; Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County, 305 Wick Ave.; OH Wow! the Roger and Gloria Jones Children’s Center for Science and Technology, 11 W. Federal St.; Mill Creek MetroParks, 123 McKinley Ave.; Youngstown Historical Center of Industry and Labor, 151 W. Wood St.; Tyler Mahoning Valley History Center, 325 W. Federal St.; Melnick Medical Museum, 655 Wick Ave.; Ward Beecher Planetarium, Lincoln Avenue at YSU; Clarence R. Smith Mineral Museum, 134 Lincoln Ave.; and McDonough Museum of Art, 525 Wick Ave.

The collaborative comprises nonprofits that are field trip destinations for schools. Its goal is to advance awareness of cultural institutions through programming and group promotion.
