Mom pleads not guilty to vehicular homicide

WARREN

Jodi L. Weaver of Highland Avenue Southwest was arraigned Wednesday in Warren Municipal Court on a misdemeanor vehicular-homicide charge connected to the death of her daughter, Alyssa Wynn, 17.

She pleaded not guilty, and her bond was set at $15,000.

Weaver, 40, is accused of driving too fast and losing control of her pickup truck March 12 on West Market Street, causing her truck to roll a couple of times and come to rest against the Raider Lounge.

Her daughter, a senior at Warren G. Harding High School, was killed. Weaver, and her son, Jonathan Wynn, 10, were injured.
