Jurt selection begins today for April 2013 murder case

YOUNGSTOWN — Jury selection is expected to get underway in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court for a suspect in the April 2013 murder of Kristopher Stuart on Elm Street.

Kalontae Carter, 19, is on trial for the April 29, 2013 shooting death of Stuart.

Stuart was found shot to death with a revolver. Carter was also wounded in the same shooting, reports said.

Another man was also charged in Stuart's death.
