BOARDMAN

The public is invited to register their children for Boardman Park’s Adventure Day Camp, which begins June 15.

The camp offers children the opportunity to explore their imaginations, discover physical fitness, expand their knowledge of sports and develop a growing sense of adventure through diverse activities, park officials said.

Discounts will be given for early-bird enrollment if registered by June 8. Boardman residents and multisibling family discounts will be offered when the application is completed.

The curriculum is designed to be age-appropriate, educational and fun as the children participate in arts and crafts, team building, creative arts, science and sports.

Adventure Day Camp will run for nine weeks from June 15 through Aug. 14. Camp hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday for children who have completed kindergarten up to age 12. Arrangements can be made to bring campers early or pick them up later.

Register your child for one week or all nine by going to www.boardmanparkcamp.com.

The Adventure Day Camp is sponsored by Making Kids Count and Farmers National Bank.
