Miss Tedde, Mr. McLhinney are engaged

Peter and Linda Tedde of Hubbard, and Jeffrey and Deborah McLhinney of Boardman, are announcing the engagement of their children, Rebekah Ruth Tedde and Derek William McLhinney, both of Hubbard.

The couple are planning to marry at 2 p.m. Aug. 8 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Basilica in Youngstown. A reception will follow in the church hall. Invitations will be issued for both.

The couple both graduated from Youngstown State University.

The bride-elect earned a bachelor’s degree in communication and is a manager at Rite-Aid Pharmacy. The future groom earned a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts and is a personal banker with Huntington National Bank.
