Heather Ann Bieber of North Lima and Daniel Stewart Scott Jr. of New Waterford are engaged. Her parents are announcing the engagement.

Her parents are James and Maribeth Bieber of North Lima, and his parents are Robin Scott of New Waterford and Daniel Stewart Scott Sr. of Youngstown.

The wedding will take place at 4:30 p.m. Sept. 4 at St. James Meeting House in Boardman Park. A reception will follow at Avion on the Water in Canfield. Invitations will be issued for both events.

The bride-elect attended Youngstown State University. She is a manager in training at CVS Pharmacy in Canfield.

Her fianc received a certificate as a mechanic at Columbiana County Vocational School and works for the Honda Store in Boardman.
