Poland defeats Southeast in tournament sectional finals

The Poland varsity boys baseball team defeated southeast in the Tournament Sectional Finals on May 14 with a score of 17-1 in five innings. Top scorers were Jared Burkett, Eric White, Dom Lipari, Nick Romeo, Andrew Kosco and Chris Martin.

The Poland varsity boys baseball team put up a fight and defeated Niles with a score of 6-5 on May 12.

The weather is getting warmer and it’s now spring sports season. Neighbors wants to be there every step of the way. If you’re a spring sports coach or the parent of an athlete, we need you help. In order to get teams and players the recognition they deserve, we want to showcase them in our pages. We can only do that if you commit to sending us game reports and photos each week. If you send it, it will get in.
