Campbell police promote four officers

CAMPBELL

The city of Campbell swore in four promoted police officers this afternoon.

Taking the oath as detective-sergeants were Joe Pavlanksy, 35; Dave Smith, 36; and Charles Butch, 38. Kevin Sferra, 39, took oath as lieutenant.

“This is a great day for the Campbell Police Department,” Campbell police Chief Drew Rauzan said.
