South Range approves financial forecast

NORTH LIMA

South Range school officials met this morning to approve a new five-year forecast. Those are mandated by the state twice a year and was last approved in October.

Projected finances for the district have improved, mostly from an influx of collected delinquent property taxes of $307,348 earlier this year.

The board unanimously approved the updated forecast. Board member Jeffrey Good was not present.

The board also approved updated handbooks for the elementary, middle and high school buildings. Superintendent Dennis Dunham said there were few changes to them and all minor.
