Artworks wanted for YWCA auction

YOUNGSTOWN

The YWCA is seeking donations of original art for a silent auction at a preview party June 20.

Pieces will be offered at a minimum bid of $25. Unsold pieces will be for sale during the art show June 22 to July 17. Men or women artists must be at least 18. Artwork must be original, 5-by-7-inches, no mats or frames, and lightweight. An artist may donate up to four works.

The artist’s name, address, title of work and medium must be affixed to the back.

Artwork must be received by June 3. It can be dropped off at the YWCA administrative office from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday or mailed to YWCA of Youngstown, 25 W. Rayen Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44503. For details call 330-746-6361, ext. 102.
