Man stabbed, dies after altercation with girlfriend

YOUNGSTOWN — A man who was stabbed just before 2 a.m. today has died.

The death of Rashad Bailey, 23, is the city's sixth homicide of 2015.

Reports said Bailey died after being stabbed by Autumn Hines, 19. She had stabbed Bailey after he punched her in the face, reports said.

Bailey was taken to St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital, where he later died from his wounds.

Hines was booked into the Mahoning County jail on a charge of murder.

She is expected to be arraigned in municipal court Wednesday.
