Man caught in sexual act at Walmart

BOARDMAN — Township police are investigating a case of public indecency after a man reportedly performed a sexual act on himself at Subway inside Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

A store employee reported on Friday that she witnessed a man sitting at a table inside the store performing a sexual act. She said he appeared to be watching a pornographic video on his phone and that he sat there for about 15 minutes.

The employee told police that the suspect might be a man who she knows to come into the store every day.
