Tondo-Steele, Shives vows to be exchanged

Geralyn Tondo-Steele and Thomas Shives, both of Atlanta, and their families are announcing their engagement.

Her parents are Robert and Janet Tondo-Steele of McDonald, and his parents are Thomas and Candace Shives of Atlanta.

The couple are planning a 3:30 p.m. July 10 wedding at St. Rose Church in Girard. A reception will follow at the Grand Pavilion at Avalon Resort and Spa in Warren. Invitations will be issued for both.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Youngstown State University, where she earned a degree in hospitality management. She is a revenue manager at Starwood Hotels and Resorts in Atlanta.

The future groom graduated with a degree in computer information systems, also from YSU. He is a network design engineer at AT&T in Atlanta.
