Youngstown Federation will meet for a noon luncheon at Tippecanoe Country Club, 5870 Tippecanoe Road, Canfield. Guests are welcome. The program will be music by pianist Sean Baran, graduate of the Dana School of Music. Elva Easton will lead the meditation, and a community award will go to Dr. Elena Rossi.
