Pair arrested for shooting near YSU Wednesday

YOUNGSTOWN — Two suspects in the shooting of Larry Robinson, 50, at Elm Street and Madison Avenue near Youngstown State University Wednesday were arrested early today in Pittsburgh.

Evgenia Hull, 33 and Thomas Hull, 58, were both arrested by U.S. Marshals, said Lt. Doug Bobovnyik of the Detective Bureau.

They are married, Bobovnyik said.

Robinson was shot as he was driving an SUV. Reports said a woman fired several shots into the SUV, then jumped in a van and drove away.

Police said the woman was the shooter and the man drove the van.
