Kayla J. Fletcher, 23, Creek Run Road, Vienna, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, possession of drugs, possession of a drug abuse instrument and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph J. Mihaley III, 27, Perry Street, Struthers, possession of drugs.

James A. Shimmel Jr., 26, Toledo, two counts of theft and attempted robbery.

Brian Mennell, 45, West Earle Avenue, receiving stolen property.

Patrick S. Braxton, 19, Howard Avenue, Boardman, possession of cocaine.

Michael J. Larocca, 64, Allison Park, Pa., receiving stolen property.

Cory Vernon, 26, North Main Street, Austintown, possession of cocaine, resisting arrest and physical control of vehicle.

Tory Holcomb, 27, Pineview Avenue, illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility and criminal damaging.

Curtis C. Gearhart, 31, Pinehollow Drive, Lisbon, possession of heroin.

Frank Little, Aberdeen Avenue, possession of drugs.

Antoine M. Black, 32, Compass West, Austintown, violation of a protection order and domestic violence.

Shaun M. Houle, 28, Redwind Drive, Canal Fulton, theft.
