I-80 reopens after accident cleanup completed

YOUNGSTOWN

Interstate-80 West near state Route 11 is back open after a tractor-trailer accident closed the road for four hours.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol said the truck with two small double trailers jackknifed on the wet road and the cab hit an overpass pier.

The driver was trapped and had to be rescued. He had minor injuries.

They highway was opened at 8:45 p.m.
