New business handles relocating for the retired

Earley & Sons Relocation for seniors was established in January 2013. It is a moving company dedicated to make moving for the elderly an easier process. Dan Earley, one of the owners, had always dreamed of owning a company and in November 2012 he got the vision to start the business.
With the senior population in the tri-county area growing due to the baby boomer generation aging, Dan and his wife, Stefanie, saw it as a great opportunity. They thought having a moving company specific to seniors – moving and coordinating with them in a way sensitive to their needs – would be a great asset to senior citizens.
“Our business is doing very well,” Stefanie Earley said. “Our second year in business we doubled our profit and clientele.”
As of 2013, nearly 100 seniors have used Earley & Sons. The business has grown as well to doing cleaning, moving around office furniture and other small services difficult for seniors to do on their own.
“What sets us apart from moving companies is that we don’t just move and leave you with boxes to unpack for weeks and weeks,” Stefanie Earley said. “We help with the essentials like putting your kitchen away, hanging your clothes in the closet, making your beds, hanging pictures on the walls and getting electronics set back up.”
She also said Earley & Sons make it their goal to make houses feel like homes.
“We want you to relax and enjoy the start of your new life,” she said.
Dan Earley said some future plans for the company would be to add trucks to the fleet, creating more employment opportunities.
”Prayerfully, we’d like to expand into other locations and open more offices,” Dan Earley said. “We want Earley & Sons to be a household name. A few words that come to mind when thinking about the company we’ve built is honesty, integrity, compassion and hardworking.”
Most of the Earley’s clients are from Mahoning and Columbiana County, but Early & Sons has gone as far as Tennessee, Indiana, Cleveland and Columbus.
