Indictments

A Mahoning County grand jury indicted these people on these charges Thursday:

Sandy Williams Jr., 29, West Dennick Avenue, theft of drugs.

Brian S. Fairchild, 43, Pasadena Avenue, two counts of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

John A. Jenkins, 33, Jacobs Road, possession of drugs.

Jeremy C. Bell, 29, Trotter Drive, Boardman, burglary and breaking and entering.

Craig Hurst, 19, Fourth Street, Struthers, receiving stolen property.

Darrin Mitchell, 41, Lexington Avenue, being a felon in possession of a firearm and carrying concealed weapons.

Stanley Brown, 61, Woodside Avenue, domestic violence.

William C. Pietz, 37, South Lakeview Avenue, being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Dorian L. Green, 39, West Judson Avenue, assault, resisting arrest and operating a vehicle while impaired.

Phillip F. Fuzell, 60, Wilson Avenue, trafficking in marijuana.

Dustin Mihalson, 23, Madison Street, Sharon, Pa., theft.

Dwaylin Jenkins, 25, Park Avenue, burglary, domestic violence and criminal damaging.

Amontae D. Traylor, 22, Sunshine Avenue, aggravated burglary with firearm specifications, aggravated robbery, robbery and burglary.

Angela Robinson, 47, Lansing Avenue, assault.

David A. Pope, 57, Oneta Avenue, four counts of trafficking in heroin.

The grand jury declined to indict Marcellus Wilkins on a charge of receiving stolen property.
