Disorderly man arrested at downtown Youngstown bar

YOUNGSTOWN

Reports said a man cited for disorderly conduct at a downtown bar about 1:30 a.m. today told a police officer giving him a ride home he hoped the officer gets shot in the head.

Reports said James England, 23, was cited after police received several complaints he was drunk and harassing women at a 122 W. Federal St. bar.

Reports said England refused several requests to leave and told police to arrest him and deal with his attorney in court.

England would not sign his citation until he was told he would go to jail. Reports said he told police they are all uneducated and corrupt and do not know the law.
