Kerr jury back to deliberate

YOUNGSTOWN — Jurors are back to deliberate in the aggravated murder trial of Paul Kerr in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court.

Kerr, 48, is accused of the murder of Lenzie Morgan, 49, in Morgan's Shady Run Road home. Morgan was shot following an argument Sept. 30 and died Oct. 15.

Jurors told the judge Wednesday they were deadlocked but Judge R. Scott Krichbaum sent them back to decide the case.
