Jeremy McDonald, 36, was arraigned before Magistrate Anthony Sertick in municipal court on a felony count of carrying concealed weapons and misdemeanor counts of having a gun in place with a liquor permit and aggravated menacing.
He is in the Mahoning County jail on $15,000 bond.
Reports said an officer pulled into the parking lot of a 1148 E. Midlothian Blvd. bar and heard a man scream that McDonald was threatening him with a gun.
