Reduced haircuts today on South Side hosted by Stambaugh Charter Academy

YOUNGSTOWN — Stambaugh Charter Academy in partnership with Ryan’s Barber Shop and Beauty Salon, 2935 Glenwood Ave., will host $3 off the regular price for haircuts for the community from 5 to 8 p.m. today and from 5 to 7:30 p.m. May 15.

Stambaugh, located at 2420 Donald Ave., is a free public charter school on the city’s West Side serving students in grades kindergarten through eighth grade.
