Jurors deliberating in the Kerr trial

YOUNGSTOWN — Jurors heard closing arguments and then began deliberating this morning in the Paul Kerr aggravated murder trial in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court.

Jurors were instructed in the law by Judge R. Scott Krichbaum before they were sent to deliberate.

Kerr is accused of killing Lenzie Morgan, 48, in Morgan's Shady Run Road home. Morgan was shot Sept. 30 and died of his wounds Oct. 15.
