Austintown Fitch High School Class of 1973 will have a 60th birthday party Aug. 29 at the Mahoning County Coon Club, off Route 224 in Canfield. The event will include music and socializing throughout the day and a buffet dinner, bar and soft beverages from 4 to 8 p.m. The committee is also making arrangements for class members to attend a Fitch football game that Friday evening along with a tour of the high school. Chaney High School January and June Classes of 1946 will meet for breakfast at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Denny’s in Austintown. All classmates and their spouses are welcome. No reservations are needed.

Chaney High School Class of 1959 will meet for breakfast at 9:30 a.m. May 12 at Davidson’s in Cornersburg. Classmates and spouses are welcome.

East High School Class of 1954 will meet for lunch at noon Monday at TJ’s Restaurant in the Holiday Inn on South Avenue in Boardman. Spouses and guests are welcome.

Salem High School Alumni Association will have its 134th Reunion and Banquet on May 23 in the Salem High School cafeteria. Honored alumnus Dr. Grace Carolyn Brown will be the featured speaker. The program begins promptly at 6 p.m. Tickets are $22 per dinner and must be purchased before May 15. Tickets can be requested by mail at SHSAA, 330 E. State St., Salem, OH 44460, or at the SHSAA office between 9 a.m. and noon. The banquet will include recognition of reunion class gifts and the awarding of hundreds of thousands of dollars in scholarships to Salem High School graduates.
