Gun stolen from parked car in South Side garage

YOUNGSTOWN — Police reports said a revolver was taken out of a car that was parked in a South Side garage that was broken into sometime Monday.

Officers were called to a home in the 2000 block of Weston Avenue about 7:55 p.m., where the owner told him he found his garage door pried open when he came in.

Missing was a .357-caliber revolver, which was in the glove compartment of his car, reports said.
