ELECTION UPDATE | Robert Carcelli has early lead in Struthers council race

YOUNGSTOWN — With early-voting ballots in, Robert D. Carcelli III has the lead over his challenger Rick Bayus in the Democratic primary for Struthers City Council.

Carcelli leads 57.9 percent to 42.1 percent for Bayus.
