YOUNGSTOWN — Jim Kosek, Michael Patrick and Joseph Rudzik lead in the Struthers council-at-large race in the Democratic primary in early voting. City residents have to elect three candidates. Rudzik and Patrick are incumbents. The fourth candidate, John Pontinkos, is trailing badly.
