Man treated, arrested after Judson Avenue shooting
YOUNGSTOWN — Police reports said Keijuan Perkins, 23, was treated Sunday for a gunshot wound to the thigh at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital after being shot just after 8 a.m. in the 200 block of East Judson Avenue on the South Side.
Police said Perkins was found at a home in the 100 block of East Lucius Avenue and was very uncooperative. Reports said her gave police false information on where the shooting was and on his name.
When police discovered his real identity they found he was wanted on two warrants for drug charges.
He was taken into custody after he was treated, reports said.
