UPDATE | Jury seated in Kerr trial

YOUNGSTOWN — A jury was seated in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court this morning before Judge R. Scott Krichbaum to hear the case against Paul Kerr, 48, who is accused of the murder of Lenzie Morgan last year.

Testimony will begin this afternoon, a court spokesman said.

Kerr is accused of shooting Morgan, 49, during an argument at Morgan's Shady Run Road home Sept. 30.

Morgan died a few days after being shot
