WINNERS 2015 Congressional Art Competition
U.S. Rep. Tim Ryan of Howland, D-13th, announced the winners of the 2015 Congressional Art Competition on Saturday morning at Akron Art Museum. Kyle Zellers’ Best of Show, “The Effect of Insomnia,” will hang in the U.S. Capitol Tunnel for a year, from June until May 2016. Additionally, Kyle and a guest will be invited to a reception in Washington, D.C., in mid-June, and he will receive a cash award and two round-trip tickets compliments of Southwest Airlines to get there. The winners:

1st Place: Aimee Ho, McKinley High School, Niles.
2nd Place: Edgar Rosales, Firestone High School, Akron.
3rd Place: Brina Jeffries, Firestone.
