A 15,000-square-foot mansion named Trail’s End, built in 1915 by former presidential candidate and Ohio Gov. James Cox in the Dayton suburb of Kettering, has been sold for $271,500. Cox planned his 1920 presidential campaign with future President Franklin Roosevelt as his running mate while living there. He served as Ohio’s 46th and 48th governor.
