Devon Curd had two hits to drive in three runs for the Cardinals. Jon Saadey had three hits and two RBIs. Trent Humphreys, Jack Lynch and Bill Sweeney each had two hits. Richey and Andrew Armstrong each drove in two runs. Christian Lowery was the winning pitcher.

HUBBARD
Ryan Halavick walked four and struck out five in a no-hitter for for Hubbard. Jacob Goldberg connected on a home run and had three RBIs. Ryan Love and Brett Oopuchovski were both 2-for-2 with two RBIs for Hubbard (9-7-1). Josh Mounte walked twice and scored a run for Youngstown Christian (0-7).
Jackson-Milton 9, Badger 6
KINSMAN
Nate Clark struck out two and walked none, while also recording three hits and three RBIs to lead Jackson-Milton over Badger. The Blue jays (12-5) had 19 hits in all. Tyler Totani and Nick Householder also added three hits a piece. Koltin Baer walked three in the loss for the Braves (1-10).
Mathews 13, Lordstown 1
VIENNA
Mike Kennedy, Cobie Pratt, Tom Sharp, Bryan Leipply, Rob Helmick, Chris Ritz and Jordan Brown each had two hits for the Mustangs. Sharp, Pratt, Browns and Anthony Oulton each had a double. Ritz drove in four runs, Pratt three and Bryan Leipply and Mike Kennedy two apiece.

AKRON
The Irish (10-7) rallied from a seven-run deficit after gicing up six unearned runs at the Akron Racers Grand Slam tournament at Firestone Stadium. Ursulien scored nine runs in the fifth inning for a 9-7 lead. Jordyn Kenneally’s RBI double and Chloe Cruz’s RBI single in the sixth inning snapped a 9-9 tie. Kenneally was the winning pitcher and she finished with three hits and three RBIs. Cassie Hanuschak’s three hits included a double and Nikki Malkovits had two hit. Notre Dame Cathedral Latin is 14-4.

BOARDMAN
Kayla Rutherford had three doubles and six RBIs in five innings for the Cardinals (16-2). Jami DiFabio tripled and Sydney Shugart (8-1) went the distance for the win.
West Branch 8, Lakeview 7
CORTLAND
Bailey Byers singled, tripled and homered to lead the Warriors, who jumped out to a 5-0 lead and held on. Ellie Elasivich added two hits and a RBI for West Branch (13-4). For Lakeview (9-3), Kylee Mann had three hits, including a homer, and three RBIs and Avery Steiner also had three hits. Sam Marino added two hits.
West Branch 15, Alliance 2
ALLIANCE
Byers’ four hits included a triple and double and brought home three runs for the Warriors (12-4, 10-2 Northern Buckeye Conference). Dani Lough’s three hits included two doubles and drove in two runs. Elasivich had two hits and two RBIs. Trisha Rinaldo, Kelsey Byers and Jeni Stewart also had two hits. For the Aviators, Anessa Fox had two hits.
