ASSOCIATIONS
Tri-Gold Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association will have its 11th anniversary dinner event, “Hats Off to Tri-Gold Prime Time Chapter of the Americans Business Women’s Association.” The event will take place May 13 at A La Cart Catering. A social will begin at 5:30 p.m., and a sit-down dinner, at 6. The price is $21.50 for a choice of baked white fish, chicken francaise or Swiss steak jardiniere. Campbell Memorial High School January and June Classes of 1948 will meet for breakfast at 9:30 a.m. Monday at Denny’s Restaurant on Route 224 in Boardman. All classmates and spouses are invited.
Campbell Memorial High School January and June Classes of 1950 will meet for lunch at noon Wednesday at Bedford Trails in Coitsville.
Woodrow Wilson High School Class of 1951 will meet for breakfast at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Landmark Restaurant, 7424 Market St., Boardman. Classmates and guests are invited.
CLUBS
Daughters of the American Revolution, Mahoning Chapter, will host an additional May meeting from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Magic Tree, 7463 South Ave., Boardman, for those members who cannot attend a weekday meeting. The regular meeting will take place May 11 at A La Cart Catering in Canfield. Featured speaker will be Priscilla Sutton, who will give a talk on dolls. Lunch will be ordered from the menu.
PEO Ohio Chapter CE will meet twice in May, at noon Wednesday and May 20 at A La Cart Catering, 429 Lisbon St., Canfield. At the Wednesday meeting, Diane Bond, past state president, will be the guest speaker. The hostess is Karen Dennison. On May 20, Kaylene Way will speak on “Is it Alzheimer’s or Aging?” Hostesses are Joan Morrison and Pat Soller.
Poland Center Homemakers will meet for lunch at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Bob Evans Restaurant in Boardman.

Warren Women’s Connection, an affiliate of Stonecroft Ministries, will meet from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. May 11 at DiLucia’s Banquet Center, 2610 Elm Road NE, Warren. Reservations are required for the luncheon and free nursery. The speaker will be Lisa Haley from West Salem, who will share how her white-water rafting accident parallels life’s struggles of today. A special feature will be Kimmer Wolfinger from the Trumbull County Beekeepers Association, who will offer an overview of raising bees and beekeeping. Professional singer, songwriter and musician Valerie Marini from Ashtabula will be the vocalist. Stonecroft Ministries is a nondenominational organization that reaches out to all women across the country and around the world.
