Austintown Fitch High School Class of 1973 will have its 60th birthday party beginning at 2 p.m. Aug. 29 at the Mahoning County Coon Club, off Route 224 in Canfield. The event will begin with music and socializing throughout the day and will feature a buffet dinner with an open bar from 4 to 8 p.m. The committee also is making arrangements for class members to tour Fitch High School on Aug. 28 before the home football game. Chaney High School January and June Classes of 1946 will meet for breakfast at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Denny’s in Austintown. All classmates and their spouses are welcome. No reservations are needed.

Chaney High School Class of 1965 is planning its 50th reunion July 31 at Mr. Anthony’s in Boardman. The celebration will continue with a picnic Aug. 1 at Slippery Rock Pavilion in Mill Creek Park. For information call Peggy Machingo at 330-726-5401.

Gustavus -Badger Alumni reunion will take place May 9 at Garden Brook Banquet Center, state Route 5, north of Cortland. The social hour will take place from 5 to 6 p.m., and dinner will follow. Honored classes this year are Class of 1990, 25 years; Class of 1965, 50 years; and Class of 1955, 60 years. The cost of the meal is $15 per person. All graduates of Gustavus High School, graduates of Badger High School who lived in Gustavus Township, and those who attended Gustavus school and lived in Gustavus Township are welcome. The Rayen School Class of 1975 has its 40th reunion scheduled for Sept. 4 through 6. A Meet-N-Greet will take place at 6 p.m. Sept. 4 at Monteen’s, 3807 Belmont Ave. A banquet is planned for 6 p.m. Sept. 5 at McMenamy’s, 325 Youngstown-Warren Road, and a cookout will begin at 4 p.m. Sept. 6 at Wick Park.
