The Cardinals delivered head coach Mark Rinehart his 350th victory. Rinehart’s record in 25 seasons is 350-182. Freshman Kayla Rutherford struck out 12 and walked one. She also hit a solo homer. Bridget Sweeney’s two hits included a double and she drove in two runs. Julie Cook also had two hits and two RBIs. Rutherford and Kelly Williams also had two hits.

Freshman Jordyn Kenneally scattered four hits. She struck out 12 and walked six. She also hit a RBI triple. Chloe Cruz hit a RBI double, Lorraine Fitzgerald had two hits and Megan Ross scored three runs for the Irish.

Karlee Byrne pitched a one-hitter and struck out 12 over five innings as the Indians beat the Leopards. Byrne also went 3-for-3 and had two RBIs. Mackenzie Olesky singled twice for Girard.
