Tyler Srbinovich struck out seven and walked three in tossing a five-inning three-hitter. Geno Barricella had three hits and scored twice. Garrett Pitts drove in two runs with two hits. Cameron Carson also had two RBIs. Christian Nemeth had two hits for the Wildcats.

GIRARD

Christian Bello tossed a five-inning two-hitter, striking out 11 and walking none. Bello and Troy Trumbetta each had two hits including doubles. Kyle Harris doubled and drove in two runs while Josh Plant drove in three runs with two hits.

LISBON

Drew Wilson had two RBIs and winning pitcher Keaton Turney had two hits and two RBIs for the Quakers. Nick Bowen had two hits and two RBIs for the Blue Devils.

Dalton Donachie tossed his third career no-hitter, striking out 10 and walking none. Brandon Chamberlain doubled and drove in four runs, while Ryan Kohler had two hits and three RBIs.

NORTH JACKSON

Justin Rentz tossed a five-inning one-hitter. Tyler Totani drove in two runs with two hits while Eric Ostrowski and Nick Householder doubled. Dakota Bingham broke up the no-hitter with a fourth-inning single.

BEAVER TOWNSHIP

Winning pitcher Greg Dunham had two hits and two RBIs and Ethan Dominguez drove in three to lead the Raiders.

Nico Bednarik had three hits including a double and scored twice. Ryan Luciano scored three runs. East was led by M. Caige, who had a hit.

Jake Maszczak had two hits and Mike Kacir worked three scoreless innings in the Rockets’ victory. Jason Higgins pitched two scoreless innings for a save.

BOARDMAN

The Cardinals delivered head coach Mark Rinehart his 350th victory. Rinehart’s record in 25 seasons is 350-182. Freshman Kayla Rutherford struck out 12 and walked one. She also hit a solo homer. Bridget Sweeney’s two hits included a double and she drove in two runs. Julie Cook also had two hits and two RBIs. Rutherford and Kelly Williams also had two hits.

Ursuline 12, Medina Highland 2

MEDINA

Freshman Jordyn Kenneally scattered four hits. She struck out 12 and walked six. She also hit a RBI triple. Chloe Cruz hit a RBI double, Lorraine Fitzgerald had two hits and Megan Ross scored three runs for the Irish.

Girard 10, Liberty 0

GIRARD

Karlee Byrne pitched a one-hitter and struck out 12 over five innings as the Indians beat the Leopards. Byrne also went 3-for-3 and had two RBIs. Mackenzie Olesky singled twice for Girard.

Poland 10, Warren Harding 0

POLAND

Brielle Nocera had three hits and RBIs, Kat Wilson had two hits and two runs batted in for the Bulldogs. Ally Deemer gave up one hit in five innings and struck out eight. Anaya Langford had the hit for the Raiders.

AUSTINTOWN

Mackenzie Maze doubled and drove in two runs for the Tigers. Winning pitcher Hannah Burke tripled. For the Falcons, Julia McMenamin’s three hits included two doubles.

Morgan Czopur had three hits and two RBIs to lead the Raiders (1-0). Taylor Helon picked up the win.

BROOKFIELD

Haylee Gardiner scattered three hits, striking out 11 and walking none. Amber Ricci’s three hits included a double.

Jefferson 4, Lakeview 1

CORTLAND

The Falcons’ Alyssa Irons struck out 10, scattered nine hits and helped her own cause with two singles, two doubles and four RBIs. Avery Steiner led Lakeview with three hits and Kylee Mann singled, doubled and drove in the Bulldogs’ only run.

Campbell 25, East 0

CAMPBELL

Red Devils pitcher Hannah Michaels threw a one-hitter and struck out 13. All of Campbell’s hitters reached base safely as the Red Devils pounded out 16 hits.
