Republican women plan annual card party

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR: The Warren Republican Women’s Club will have its annual card party from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 11 at Christ Episcopal Church, 2627 Atlantic St. NE, Warren.
