Lauren Bokesch, J.B. House II to marry May 23

Michael and Holly Bokesch of Poland are announcing the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Lauren N. Bokesch, and J. Bradley House II, both of Columbus. The prospective groom is the son of Brad and Linda House of Loudon, Tenn.

The couple will exchange vows May 23 at the Columbus Museum of Art, and an evening reception for invited guests will take place at the Columbus Anthenaeum.

The bride-elect graduated magna cum laude from Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and she earned a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Kent State University. She works at Southeast Inc. in Columbus, where she is a licensed professional counselor focusing on addictions and substance abuse.

Mr. House graduated magna cum laude from KSU with bachelor’s degrees in psychology and sociology and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. He also is employed by Southeast, as a licensed professional counselor working with children and adolescents.

The couple will share their wedding date with the bride’s parents, who will be celebrating their 28th wedding anniversary on the same day.
